This project aims to provide a free and open manual to easily build your own low-cost high-fidelity "audio station" (means fanless-PC + multichannel amplifier + monitor speakers) for both audiophile and home studio applications.

The system is x86 based, but aims to let you run any OS you like (Windows, OSX, Linux, Haiku, etc.) or even multiple OS via bare-metal virtualization.

The audio section is based on multichannel amplification, in order to let you control loudspeakers better.

We choosed sealed design for monitors, but you can - of course - use any kind you like even if you'll need to bypass/remove crossovers.
